What clients say
“We knew testimonials were important, but getting them done always felt like a heavy lift. Outworks made the entire process incredibly easy for us and our customers, and the quality of the final videos has been fantastic.”
Nathan Jennings
CEO, Mosaic Learning
“I’ve been working with Outworks, who has been helping to bring some of our customer stories to life. I see the incredible difference when a provider can see themselves in a story and hear it directly from the mouths of the doctors that we serve.”
Chrissy Krampert
Chief Marketing Officer, All Star Healthcare Solutions
“We’ve been working with Outworks for over 2 years, and they’ve been an incredible support for me and my team. When we need to roll out something fast, they’re always ready to jump in with content and strategy.”
David Connors
Founder & CEO, The Swarm
“The Outworks process is super simple. We meet once a month and then from that hour-long conversation, all kinds of content is created. It all gets chopped up into really great content.”
Len Llaguno
CEO, KYROS
“Outworks jumped right into our marketing system without missing a beat. With my team already juggling so much, they’ve been the perfect supplement—seamless, reliable, and honestly just great to work with.”

The formats

One interview per customer. A library of proof. Ready the day they approve.

The problem

Every deal you lose to hesitation was a customer story you never captured

Buyers stall without peer validation

Nobody signs off because a vendor said it works. Without a peer on record, your champion walks into the room empty-handed and the decision slides another quarter.

Sales cycles stretch longer than they should

Every unanswered doubt adds a week. The deals that close fast are the ones where the buyer already saw someone like them say yes was the right call.

The outcome

People research you before they buy. Let your customers do the selling.

Your buyer is looking you up before they ever take the call. Everything we make is built for what they find.

01 · Close rate

Answer the doubt before it's spoken

Buyers rarely tell you the real objection. A customer who names it, and says it turned out fine, answers it before your rep has to argue.

02 · Sales cycle

Quit bugging your customers. Send the video instead.

A reference call costs two weeks of scheduling and spends a customer's goodwill on one prospect. Record it once and it works for every deal after.

03 · Champion enablement

Give your champion something to forward

Your deal is decided in a room you're not in. A slide and a 90-second clip travel where your rep cannot.

FAQ

Common questions

If something isn't here, ask on the call.

Is this right for us?

Three things, really. You do good work. Your customers take your calls. And you can name a few right now who'd be worth putting on camera. If that's you, this works.

What's the ask on our customers?

One hour, once. No prep, no homework, no follow-up, and we make the ask ourselves so it never lands as you calling in a favour. Most people enjoy it — they're being asked to talk about a decision they're proud of, by someone who's actually listening. They approve their own material before anything publishes.

How much of my team's time does this actually take?

Sending the list, and a light review at the end. We own outreach, scheduling, prep, the interview, production, and customer approval. If your team is spending hours on this, we have done it wrong.

Where do these assets actually get used?

On your site, in the sales deck, in outbound, and in the deal that's stuck right now. The clips are matched to the objection each one answers, so a rep sends the right story instead of hunting for it. Most teams find they work hardest late in the cycle, where a buyer wants proof rather than another pitch.

How many customers should we start with?

Three is a good number to aim at. One story reads as an anecdote; three starts to look like a pattern to a skeptical buyer, especially if they're in the same industry or facing the same objection. We'll scope it with you based on who's actually ready to talk.

What if our customer is in a regulated industry?

Common, and it's fine. We work from an approved question set where that's what it takes, and we build the review step into the timeline rather than discovering it at the end. Your customer signs off on their own material either way.

What does it cost?

It depends on which shape fits, and there are two. If you have specific customers you want captured now, we scope that as a project. If you want a steady stream of stories and video coming out over time, we run it as an ongoing engagement. We'll walk through both on the call and tell you which one we'd actually recommend for your situation.

Get started

Send us a few names. We'll do the rest.

Thirty minutes. We'll look at the testimonials you have now, tell you what we'd do differently, and show you what a full library could look like for you.
