If something isn't here, ask on the call.
Is this right for us?
Three things, really. You do good work. Your customers take your calls. And you can name a few right now who'd be worth putting on camera. If that's you, this works.
What's the ask on our customers?
One hour, once. No prep, no homework, no follow-up, and we make the ask ourselves so it never lands as you calling in a favour. Most people enjoy it — they're being asked to talk about a decision they're proud of, by someone who's actually listening. They approve their own material before anything publishes.
How much of my team's time does this actually take?
Sending the list, and a light review at the end. We own outreach, scheduling, prep, the interview, production, and customer approval. If your team is spending hours on this, we have done it wrong.
Where do these assets actually get used?
On your site, in the sales deck, in outbound, and in the deal that's stuck right now. The clips are matched to the objection each one answers, so a rep sends the right story instead of hunting for it. Most teams find they work hardest late in the cycle, where a buyer wants proof rather than another pitch.
How many customers should we start with?
Three is a good number to aim at. One story reads as an anecdote; three starts to look like a pattern to a skeptical buyer, especially if they're in the same industry or facing the same objection. We'll scope it with you based on who's actually ready to talk.
What if our customer is in a regulated industry?
Common, and it's fine. We work from an approved question set where that's what it takes, and we build the review step into the timeline rather than discovering it at the end. Your customer signs off on their own material either way.
What does it cost?
It depends on which shape fits, and there are two. If you have specific customers you want captured now, we scope that as a project. If you want a steady stream of stories and video coming out over time, we run it as an ongoing engagement. We'll walk through both on the call and tell you which one we'd actually recommend for your situation.
